Sasha Arreguin is a creative director, executive strategist, and community curator with over 15 years of leadership experience. Blending her roots in social work with expertise in luxury operations, Sasha brings a rare mix of emotional intelligence, operational excellence, and artistic vision to every project. Her mission? To help people feel seen, connected, and empowered through meaningful experiences.
Guided by faith, Sasha’s journey from high-level management to purpose-driven entrepreneurship wasn’t just a career pivot—it was a calling. Inspired by a prayerful moment reflecting on a lifetime of travel, service, and family legacy, she founded Rooted With Sasha and Rooted Connections to build communities that last. Today, she partners with entrepreneurs, creatives, and mission-driven brands to craft soulful events, real estate journeys, and brand activations that leave a lasting impact.
A Life Rooted in Connection
Sasha’s story spans continents and communities. Born in California, raised between Ecuador and South Florida, and shaped by her entrepreneurial and humanitarian mother and grandparents, she learned early the power of service and connection. Her grandparents—visionary entrepreneurs, humanitarians, and civic leaders—modeled a life of generosity and impact that continues to guide her work.
After attending high school, undergraduate, and graduate school in Florida, Sasha spent years abroad, curating transformative experiences from Europe to Latin America. These global adventures deepened her passion for building community. In a moment of reflection, she felt called to return to South Florida—her lifelong home—to plant new roots near family and give back to the place that shaped her.

Now based in South Florida, Sasha leads Rooted With Sasha and Rooted Connections, boutique consulting brands specializing in high-touch, purpose-driven experiences. Whether hosting a fundraising gala, guiding a relocation client, producing a mastermind, or launching a brand, Sasha weaves empathy, strategy, and storytelling into every detail. Her lifestyle brand also celebrates South Florida’s vibrant culture, spotlighting local discoveries and inspiring others to embrace the magic of living here.
